The Age of Dinosaurs

Gladiola Busulla

 My words have run out…

In you drowned

 the intoxicating moments of happiness.

 I’m leaving…

The gods go blind

 from the moonlit rowing

 over icy waters.

 I resemble the drowsy dusk

 the capricious sadness

 the farewell kiss.

Even the duel

between heart and mind faded…

from the gigantic reflection-

of disappointment.

 Love dimmed falls apart

like a prehistoric creature.

About it we can only read

and encounter it in books,

just like the age of dinosaurs.

Hopeful Horizons

Deswita Refika

I hopeful Horizons,

I looked up at the evening sky.

I imagine we  dance the twilight dance,

Never change my perspective.

Your eyes stare serenely,

Like a sunset,

Remain me,

About the beauty of heaven.

I don’t want to close my eyes,

Stay hopeful Horizons.

Accompany me with you.

Will not be separated.

A Pearly Stream Hope

Valentina Yordanova

Autumn cries with cold pouring rain –
tears of blossoming, overhanging clouds.
The wind sips, as if thirstily, from them –
catches them in its hands, then blows them away with force.
It flows noisily, muddy rainwater.
A breath of sadness mercilessly engulfs the streets.
Each drop turns into a dark letter –
between the lines beautiful, warm feelings drowned.
The ink spills into a tearful wetness –
sucked through the ragged outerwear on the ground.
Poison pours – twisted like a crawling snake,
suffocating a love – deeply wounded.
But somewhere there at the end – beyond the murmur of the city
among rocky hills and images – whitened by old age,
among lush grassy paths and fragrant flowers in bloom,
a clear stream water, from above without fear pours.
And its shadow overshadows the sad, murky water…
From the sun’s gold it shines with healing power.
The spring suddenly sheds a tear of joy
and my gaze looks around in a pearly morning hope.
Translated by Yoana Konstantinova

Nina Zarkova

Briny Stars

Laskiaf Amortegui

Briny stars flooded the green sea of hopelessness,
words recited to the wind and dissipated in oblivion.
Ephemeral moments where the sacred flame began,
explosive smiles nurtured the illusion.
Seconds, only seconds, that is how everything is.
I ran among cotton flower buds,
savoring that bitter jelly that was not real;
nevertheless, it made us sigh.
But the magic of atoms does not favor us all,
and the briny stars surged through my soul once more,
forgotten oneric sonata, glass tombstone marking our journey forever.
And the cotton flower never bloomed.

The Warring World Incarnadine

Ratan Bhattacharjee

The world bleeds—
not always in wars announced
with drums and flags,
but in the quiet fractures
of forgotten streets,
in the hush between two heartbeats
that no longer trust tomorrow.

A river runs red beneath the maps,
its currents unnamed,
carrying whispers of mothers
who stitch the sky with prayers over the vast azure sky
and still wake to ashes.

The trees remember—
they hold in their rings
the echoes of fire,
the booms of supersonic missiles
or the black rain on famished street
children of the rural hamlets
reeling under the weight of smoke,
the language of wounds
etched in seasons that never healed.
Ghostly Cities wear their haunted lights
like borrowed smiles,
flickering over shadows
that lengthen with each silence
we refuse to break.
A child draws the sun in black—

not because light has vanished,
but because it hurts to believe
in yellow anymore.
The wind carries questions
no border can answer:
How many tears make an ocean?
How many names must fall
before memory itself trembles?
And yet—
somewhere beneath the bleeding,
a pulse persists:
soft, stubborn, unseen.
A seed waits
in the dark grammar of soil,
holding the courage of green,
dreaming of a world
that remembers how to breathe.
The world bleeds—
yes—
but it has not forgotten
how to heal.

RAISE YOUR EYES TO THE SKY

Natalie Bisso

Raise your eyes to the sky,
look…
there, behind the clouds, glances,
faces,
seas are floating…
There float your thoughts,
your deeds,
your sins…
And you live on this sinless Earth
and consider it sinful,
while you constantly sin on this holy Land,
on the Planet,
the only blue planet in the entire universe.
Someday you too will fly among the clouds
and look down on people,
Who also live carelessly,
sin,
create …
and nothing will become new
and interesting to you…
But suddenly
you will see a poet
painfully sorting out words,
choosing the right word
for the beauty of the poem.
And he will seem to you
the most beautiful person in the whole universe,
because he
lives the moment of enlightenment,
he lives in the torment of creativity,
which lives forever.

So Difficult

Rizah Sheqiri

So difficult to be deaf

During the nightingales concert

To be blind

During a beauty pageant

To be alone

Amongst seventy seven hearts

To feel the agony of death

As life starts to bloom

So difficult to be a stranger

To your own soul!

The voice of your song

Sokol Demaku

I long to touch the sweetness of life,

your sweet smile,

the feeling of our love,

in the thoughts of the late night.

I adore the autumn breeze,

that carries our love,

amidst thoughts stirred by the blue,

in the waters of the sea where I gently sink.

I adore this night,

with anxiety in my soul,

because far from you, my love,

I am left in the darkness.

I hear the voice of your song,

calling out love as if mad.

You’re so close, even though far away,

I am anxious, afraid I might lose!

Pad pjesme

Duška Kontić

Zamukla pjesma, pomračen vid
Tamo se negdje žestoko ratuje
Tuga, nevjerica, strah i stid
Čovjek čovjeka bombarduje.

Mi, obični ljudi, apolitični
Ne poznajemo moć crne ruke
Jedni smo drugima jako slični
Želimo mir, nema druge odluke.

Zar nema dovoljno mjesta za nas
Na Planeti rušenoj, izranjavanoj
Ljubav i sloga nam jedini spas
Kakav se to nečastivi bije boj???

Zemaljska kugla gori u plamenu
Niske strasti ostvarile naum zli
Djevojčica plače majci na ramenu
Nijeste slobodoumlje pobijedili.

Kako da zaštitimo podmladak
Istorija krvave stranice piše
Bijedu, nemaštinu, suze i mrak

Duša čista kako da izbriše???

Ne znam ko su četnici i komite
Koji se u šumi krio partizan
Molim vas, ostrašćeni, dozvolite
Da nam djeca imaju miran san.

Mržnju ne umijem da sijem
U meni sve tuge ovog svijeta
Jedina bitka koju bijem
Mir je duši svakog djeteta.

The Cuckoo Pulls Me Toward You

Lakshmi Kant Mukul

From the window

I see the giloy vine

climbing the castor tree.

On a branch

a cuckoo

calling into the morning.

Her notes

open like a flute.

Seven tones

drift through the air

and melt

inside the quiet rooms of the heart.

Your voice is like this

soft, measured,

sweet as dissolving sugar.

When she sings

spring begins its slow arrival.

Mango buds grow restless,

sad gardens remember joy.

You are not as dark as the bird

yet dusk lives on your face.

And every time

the cuckoo calls

I feel myself

walking toward you.

Mermaid

Melita Ratković

The deep sea, it’s my home

It brings others together, it separates us.

In the blue tomb alone,

The deep blue, the heart breaks

The deafening cry of the seagull,

Rises to the sky

A storm is brewing

At the place of parting

There is neither you nor me

A lace veil made

Of sea foam

Poseidon gave me,

I am his bride

I paid the debt for the calm sea,

Your travels, distant shores,

New islands, conquests,

Endless, long waits

Stormy times are a powerful force,

Shipwrecks, eternal fear for sailors

Sail peacefully, travel with the seagulls,

Sleep peacefully, I will come to you in your Dreams.

A Word That Resembles Salvation

TAGHRID BOU MERH

On the shelf of time

old tales slept

and the dreams we haven’t written yet

stretched within the imagination of paper,

awaiting a reader to ignite the day.

The word

is a flower blooming in the desert of silence,

it carries us across distances

like Noah’s ark

in the flood of ignorance.

The book

is not just ink on paper,

it is a window

through which we gaze upon our souls

and return purer, deeper, more humane.

How many times have we been saved from death

by a poem

or a line

that feels like a prayer in the last hour of night!

O books,

O cities open in all directions

without borders, without passports,

how could we not love you?

In your lap

we cry, laugh, and dream,

and through you, we are reborn

whenever time grows tight.

Peace be upon you,

O language of salvation,

O tree that grows in the heart

and never withers.

I AM A WOMAN

SEZGİ KAYA

I am a woman,
Even though he falls down many times,
He gets up a thousand times,
Who wipes away bloody tears with his own hands,

I am a strong woman,
I am a woman,
What snow and storms cannot knock down in winter,
The fierce storms could not erase their traces,

I am a strong woman,
I am a woman even though he falls a thousand times,
He gets up a thousand times,
No force can digest itself,
I am a strong woman who can defy even the mountains.

Panagiota P. Lambri

Fairy

Binod Dawadi

I don’t know shy the fairy is sad,

I am far away from her world,

But I can see her in my dreams,

She is so much beautiful and lovely,

She has all the powers,

As well as magic,

She can do anything which,

She likes I like her so much,

I want to become her friend,

For forever as well as love her,

More than anyone in this world,

She is in a beautiful cloud,

But she is not away from problems,

I want to give her happiness,

She is only my lover.

Mixing Colours

Isaac Cohen

Children from all corners of
the world
Are flying coloured balloons.
The colours blend together,
To a white colour of
pureness.

Picasso Under the Skin

Blerina Pellumbi

Time will step upon our skins
Like a thin brush with colors of emotions,
It will paint every joy, every sorrow,
Like a canvas that burns through centuries.

There will take life thousands of meadow flowers,
There will be a moon, there will also be a sun,
Breaths will be born like waterfalls of seas,
In skies overfilled with rain.

Picasso will be in every written fragment,
A life that is painted even when others forget,
It shines beneath its own lonely shadow,
With the colors of the soul it will always live.

TAKE YOUR FREEDOM! (BE FREE)

Kujtim Hajdari

“Take your freedom,” in the land’s language, she spoke;

her frightened words—like swan-cries, torn by pain,

were bleeding through the sky, so sweet and clear;

the sky within her gentle soul, in pain.

He was so handsome—tender, warm, and kind;

his voice caressed her spirit like soft waves.

His look—those playful eyes that always shone,

threw her into seas of joy, left her no words.

She told him longly the secret pulling her;

she must protect the boy; keep love outside;

she told him of the soulless cancer’s bite;

he must stay far, live long—for both—from today.

“Take your freedom!” not in Albanian sweet;

she feared those sounds would wound him even more;

she would not speak, but words like heartless troops,

leapt over the teeth’s ramparts, forced out at war.

She, killed by pain, went silent—numb and dry;

she felt no tears, nor his heart clawing hard;

“Take your freedom, take your freedom”—like  axe;

“No,” says the boy, “you’ll live in my heart, always.”

The lovely stories and the dreams they wove,

still circled them, and made a feast of light;

their hugs, their smiles, their kisses full of love,

strewing spring mimosa, roses—bright and bright.

***

The years would see him always at her grave;

each time he’d sit and speak with her for a long;

The flowers she loved best he’d leave, then go.

She heard and smiled with love beneath the earth.

Radmila Stojadinović

ASGJË S’MË BËN TË HESHT

[No Photo)

Valbona Kolaveri

Asgjë s’më bën të hesht,
As dhembja që e fsheh shpirti nën strehë
Gjithë dënesë,
Askush,
Dhe as ti që bart mbi vete
Asimetri që devijojnë në brengë,
As ëndërrimet fringëlluese
Shtruar me dritë nën vesë.

A Tapestry of Moments

Tamikio Dooley

My moments are like a tapestry-heavy,

A decorative textile that is woven by hand and has intricate details, often.

 Pictorial designs,

When used as wall hangings,

Or, alternatively, upholstery. Figuratively speaking,

It describes something intricate, vibrant, and intertwined.

A mix of components-for instance-

“Life’s rich tapestry”—integrating various elements into a coherent whole.

My moments.

The Love

Lanxin Samei

Love is the source of the universe

The law of heaven and earth

Love is the noblest emotion

The mightiest power

The supreme path

The gentlest healing

Love is the purest salvation of the soul

The sweetest longing of all lives on earth

The unwavering faith of one’s heart

The universal language connecting all in the cosmos

The ultimate answer to every question

The master key to unlock the heart

The eternal code to happiness

The only remedy

That resolves all grievances and hatreds on earth

Love is the soil where peace takes root

The gentle glow where tranquility blooms

Love holds the true essence of peace

Peace bears love’s boundless reach

Love is the bond transcending mountains and seas

The empathy beyond all borders

The warm soil nurturing all creatures

The gentle sun melting all divisions

Build bridges with love to link all nations

Light up the world with hearts for peace and bliss

May universal love spread across heaven and earth

May everlasting peace reign over every corner of the globe

DOVE SEI ANDATA  GENTILEZZA

Concetta La Placa

Dove sei andata gentilezza?

Non ti incontro più da anni

e nessuno ti ha più nominata

e praticata.

Ora c’e’ solo tanta nebbia attorno a noi,

Kareem Abdullah

 Longing and Waiting

Marina Arakelian

And the longing of yearning has become like clusters of grapes
Dropping from the eyelashes of my heart like pearls
The yearning has watered the lips of my pulse
And the bliss of love has neighed for a lifetime
And the glory of separation, in the folds of its depths
Looks upon the horizons of the moons for a month
And I have settled upon those hopes from the petals of patience
In the hope that I may yearn for you therein like dew
Embracing the cheek of dawn
The dew drips from our honey
Like the nightingales of the grove when they soar with their wings
The slope becomes pure, chaste, and musk
I will count the days for you, perhaps you will arrive before autumn
Takes away from my patience its rejection and oppression
And I will clothe you like a garment of winter’s warmth upon the pores of longing
How often have I set up torches of honey for you
And how often have I lit the lamps of life
In the sanctuary of your love
How often has the echo played upon the strings of my yearning
And the drowsy ones responded to it, repeating
Come For you, and for life itself, in you, the sweetness is reclaimed.

I GAVE YOU THE WORLD

SARWAT ZABEEN LUBNA

I gave you the Whole World!
The light and breeze of the world,
Its shadows, Its  oceans – I gave you all!
I gave you an entire world of love, too!
Now tell me – will it work for you?
Will you be mine?

Of the Earth’s six seasons,
And that magical monsoon among them-
I gave you the first blooms of Kadam!
Gave you the red water Lilies from the pond!
Even the vibrant lotus of Gol Dighi!
I adorned you with a garland of white Sheuli,
With a ring of water Hyacinth stems!
Crimson krishnachura, Golden-orange Radhachura,
Or whatever color you wish –  a rose of that hue!
Will this be enough to make you happy?
Will it?

Beyond the mustard fields lie the forests of kans grass,
Beyond that, golden paddy fields,
In the shaded aisles of spinach, malabar, and taro,
Let us wander in dreamy musings.
Sitting together, we’ll spin silly, sweet stories!

2

I will take you on a ferris wheel ride
At the spring fair by the sweetwater pond!
In the twinkling courtyard of your heart,
Dressed in springtime hues  –
Will you then give me a little place there?
Will you?
I’m just a quiet, harmless soul!
Never swayed by the flood of money.
Luxury and I walk separate roads.
My rhythm is not of craving or gaining-
Let’s say I ask for nothing at all.
I spend my days drawing dreams in secret at home.
But still, you must know… whenever I see you-
I have become greedier than ever before.

Then the forests of Shaal and Piyal trees
Call me with their late-spring melodies!
Even the white corals of Coral Islands
Rise a top weavs in the ocean of my heart,
And start playing a restless flute
upon the crests of  joyous waves
A thousand-day slumber breaks within me then!
Wll you hold my hand just for a while, then?
Will you?

If only you wished,

3

I’ll rent a little ferry, just for us!
And sailing you on the Palash River of dreams,
We’ll wander all day long!
If you feel like it, we’ll pick water lilies,
Catch fish, dive into the water,
Alongside herons and ducks,
We will splash with the cormorants too!
We’ll even catch red-eyed fish from beneath!

Yet, in the end…
My humble offering is simply this:
‘O beautiful beloved’, now tell me!
Will all this be enough for you?
Will you sail with me in that boat?
Will you come with me?
Will you?

RUŽE RUŽI

Ružama se ruže daruju

Empatije ,poklonom ostvaruju

Tajnovitost je mistika slasti

Što uzburka misli ovoga cveta

Čudesni  putevi  ,il’ dva  su sveta.

U mirisnom srcu  postade bajna

Ipak joj snove vraća ka tome

Puoi ridare speranza alla mia anima

Elisa Mascia

coraggio e sostegno a tutti,
speranza.

The Day the Sky Stopped Crying

Ada Rizzo

In the womb of the desert,
where the wind has learned to weep,
a new silence is born today,
no longer a tomb, but a cradle.
Wounded homes gaze at each other
with eyes of stone and hope,
and the sky, weary of bearing witness,
unfolds like a clean sheet
above rooftops trembling with light.
A child picks up a stone,
the first step toward a door that wasn’t there.
Mothers of ash and honey
plant olive trees in craters,
fathers teach the sun
not to fear tomorrow.
Peace is a breath held for years
now bursting in the chest
like a flower that has conquered the sand.
We walked barefoot
on the thorns of history,
and now blood becomes ink
writing the first verse
of a poem still without an ending.
But today,
today time has paused
to listen to the heartbeat
of a land beginning to live again.
And in the heart of Gaza,
where sorrow carved its throne,
a mother lights a candle
and the night, for the first time,
is no longer afraid to stay.

FOUNTAIN OF DESIRE

Maya Milojković

The water gurgle accepts coins

while wishes are spoken in silence

through the way of prayer.

Desires travel at the speed of thought

to the Universe

who doesn’t know the word NO.

I imagined being a butterfly

Staring at the clear water

which intoxicated my vigilance

from shining golden threads.

I managed to maintain that state of mind,

but the water mirror brought me back to reality.

I’ll throw in a coin next time, so I don’t forget that I’m just a woman.

Convey my wish to her

If you like it

I couldn’t stay, and I suppressed my feelings

I was lost in my thoughts

My thoughts were scattered

I started writing poems, but they didn’t come to me

I wanted to write, but I couldn’t

I won’t wake up and scream

I’m worried, I mustn’t lose my will

I couldn’t sleep at night while I searched for her

Her image is enchanting

Sometimes they whisper, sometimes they roar

I remembered seeing him, he went out

He looked at her and smiled

She looked at me, I was happy, she closed her eyes, she smiled

I felt my soul fleeing to her

I was thirsty

I felt it, I liked it, I wanted it, I was close

I love to travel

What sweet magic

I will live with this all my life

Words and news bring me eyes as black as a sea of greetings and help.

Rakari Mionica

WORDS

Maria Kolovou Roumelioti

Words are not leaves in the wind,

that float…. and when

 they fall to the ground,

they rot and become food for fungi and flowers…

Words are hymns

that seem to reach Heaven:

prayers are made on the backs of angels

and return to earth in the form of a wish

and grace us!..

Words have the power to change the world….

To beautify it but also to make it ugly!…

That is why our speech must be expressed with empathy

for the responsibility that words carry!…

Words, have their roots in heaven

and their face turned to the earth…

They are psalms that nourish the soul and

 keep our spirit awake!

Fortunately, the ancient path is still kept open and

we breathe fragrant words!…

THE EYES OF THE UKRAINIAN LAND

Tetjana Hrytsan

In the dripping memories of love,
In the morning, I see the light, the stars.
Her blessed eyes, her holy request.
I am with you, even if the knitting needles
Want to measure time.
I am with you, I am by your side.
Love tenderly in your thoughts,
My Word is always with you,
The blue gaze is the God of Love.
The earthly and blessed Savior…
Her dawning eyes, her girlish longings,
Her bright movements, Her happy hands,
Her blessed Yasas, her excessive, ours
Sensual worlds are flooded with tears for years…
We have been washing ourselves in blood for too long.
We have merged inhumanly with the war,
We haven’t prayed in essence yet.
The enemy is still pressing on our world.
Happy Eyes – seven centuries, save your child,
Wash the waters, sanctify the sun.

Echoes From An Exploding Clock

Parvinder Nagi

Time drips softly from a silent sky,
Fragments shimmer where the minutes break,
A molten clock forgets the reason why,
As ticking bones begin to quake.

The desert holds its breath in light,
Shadows twist in fractured air,
A watch erupts in dreamlike flight,
Scattering seconds everywhere.

Metal petals bloom from space,
Melted hours scatter and bend,
Reality slips without a trace,
Where shattered moments never end.

From splintered gears new stars are born,
Bright echoes pulse through endless night,
What once was whole lies ripped and torn,
Yet time still flickers into light.

Nigar Khalilova

WOMEN, BEYOND THE INDEX OF BODY

Perwaiz Shaharyar

Lake-like eyes/ Scarlet coral-like lips/ Curly-curvy hairs

Attraction all four directions

These are mazes

Face and physical charms are curtains, indeed

A weapon to keep off you from the desired abode

A true woman lives somewhere else

Beyond the index of her body

Sitting crouch like a recluse

Just like an abstract thing

Like a dream of snow-white clouds

Sometimes, similar to the moonless dark night

Dormant lightening, full of its potency

Extremely tough meditation is needed

To open her inner layers of heart,

Love is considered to be the genuine pearl of a woman

This can discover by proceeding beyond her body

Otherwise, nothing lies in the whirlpool of body

Man wants to overpower

The screaming body of a woman

But the body is a dune of sands/ a fair of desires

There is only mirage and mirage

Women used to be hidden,

Somewhere in her inner self,

Instead of, being found in her apparent body

Which is like an epic center of a live volcano

A man in his entire life

Uses to run after fascinating faces

Like those idiot men

Who on the surface of the water

Often, stare at diving and floating waves

With their curious eyes

Use to play, the whole day, with shells lying on beaches

Perhaps, they do not know

That the true pearls are senselessly lying

In the depth of a sea,

Where the breathes not much support the divers

To achieve such unknown pearls in the deep sea

Needed to wait till the lips of the shell get opened

To get the original element of a woman

You will have to raise the curtain of deceitful face

You will have to step down

In to the concealed room of her heart

You will have to knock and knock again

At the tightly closed window of her soul

A woman is not a thing of luxury

Not a commodity of marketing

Not even a body of only bone and flesh

The true name of a woman is ——

Love, love, and only love!

Reka

Tanja Ajtić

Ti koji si stanovnik pored reke
veruješ u slike malih bogova ljubavi
u staroj rimskoj umetnosti
i renesanse kao i novog doba.
U ljupku krilatu dečicu zabavljenu
raznim poslovima
vidiš ih i govoriš kao Sokrat:
“Znam da ništa ne znam!“.
Kažeš da je svet imanje bez gospodara
i da se ne zna ko je njen tvorac?
Ti kao slobodni mislilac, ni dobar ni rđav,
ravnodušan, ali ne i nemoćan.
Vidiš tu divnu decu u odsjaju reke
Imaš sigurno utočište i dovoljno vazduha
za preživljavanje svega
u zraku koji može da izazove
hemijske promene a ti možeš da ih izračunaš
samo ako želiš.
Ti živiš u svom odsjaju lika
i ja ti verujem
da svet može biti lepo mesto
ako se zagledamo u sebe.
Onda je sve jasno.

A Tendril Cut with Sighs

Al-Qaddafi Masoud

Who put you in my world,
a beautiful lie?
Who dressed you in tempting questions,
stirred you up in a storm
until you became an appointment
spread across my eyelid,
heavy from no sleep,
my pink-cheeked child?
How can your face be level with the sun,
you who are other people’s sin?
When you roar inside their quiet
and they show the fangs of their goodness.
You make tears ring through my streets,
climb my peace
with a light, ambitious trick.
You put on the wound
so the hurt in you hits its peak,
your own veins cut their arteries,
you cry hot coals,

you hide in my silence,
hoping it gives you a tendril
cut down with sighs.

Translation Dr . Salwa Goda

L’attesa

Harmonia Mundi

Nella stanza azzurra
la luce non decide.
Un arco in riposo:
respiro trattenuto
tra legno e pelle.
Fuori, il vetro è inverno;
dentro, il fuoco tace.
Attendo.
Che il cuore si faccia ala
senza muovere aria.
Attendo note
prima della nota:
la vibrazione che pensa.
Attendo uno sguardo —
non uno sguardo qualsiasi:
quello.
E in quel punto muto
dove il tempo s’inchina,
attendo amore.

FALI LJUBAV

( Photo is Missing)

Radmila Stojadinović

Imam krov od sigurnosti
i nebo u džepu.
Ormare u kojima nema zime,
ključeve svih vrata
osim onog
koji otvara tuđe srce.
Imam ime koje zvoni
kada zovu zbog koristi,
ruke koje daju,
i osmeh navučen kao svečanu haljinu
za tuđe praznike.
Imam sve.
Fali ono „ostani“
bez računice.
Moje srce – banka bez kamate,
gde drugi ulažu svoje tuge,
a niko ne podiže ljubav.
Stojim kao kuća na raskrsnici,
tu se sklanjaju od kiše,
brišu cipele o moje ćutanje,
pa odu
čim se nebo razvedri.
Imam ogledala koja kažu
da sam dovoljna,
a nemam jedan pogled
koji bi to rekao bez reči.
Imam hiljadu poruka
koje počinju sa „treba mi“,

i nijednu
koja kaže „trebaš mi“.
Noću skupljam sebe
kao prosute perle sa poda,
i pitam se
da li sam nevidljiva
kada ništa ne dajem.
Imam sve što se može meriti –
kvadrate, brojeve, titule,
i jednu prazninu
koja nema mernu jedinicu.
Ipak želim
da me neko bar na tren
pogleda kao čudo,
dodirne kao da sam krhka,
i ostane
ne zbog onoga što imam,
već zbog onoga
što jesam.

What if?

Melita Mely

Is today the time

for a new beginning,

leaving behind old habits,

worn out daily

routines,

beginning the next

chapter of life? A skillfully

packaged lie goes better

than the “bare” truth. What if

today is the last moment for

to move on to a new chapter,

to truly consider the reasons for

our lives, our actions towards

ourselves and others, our responsibilities?

We wait for the “right” time, what if

the hourglass is slipping through our fingers, not

regarding our “tomorrows?” .

I will forget you

Ishrat Hasan

One day I will forget you!

Your memories will fade

from the corners of my thoughts

where they once lived too deeply.

One day your absence

will stop feeling like a wound

and start feeling like space—

quiet, harmless & finally mine.

I will wake without

searching for you in memories,

without weighing every moment

against what we were…

And when that day will come,

it won’t mean you meant nothing.

It will mean I survived loving you

and learned how to let go…

Nagla Hasan

HE CALLS OF SILENCE

Jasmina Cirkovic

Bestow mercy upon the slumbering kiss.

Embrace the soul that beats for yours.

On a sorrowful touch, a button snaps with ease.

Everything seems tailored, dragged on a leash.

Tilt the pitcher, moisten the essence.

Each being struggles within itself.

Broken spears, the breath of silence creates.

Dew in the eye awakens the silence.

The fire still dozes, the embers flicker.

To sighs, we open the doors with ease.

Passion captures senses, consciousness in another sphere.

For a moment, step closer, there the lily grows whiter.

The tallow candle burns, surrounded by shadows.

On your wing, our hands are entwined…

It Walks by Your Side

Tasneem Hossain

It walks by your side every minute, every day,
Smiling at your greed and hunger for power;
Your desires and gains; your foolishness;
Nothing you do can make it go away;
It walks by your side every minute, every day.
You curse others and destroy
Whenever you can;
For your own gain.
You build vast castles, earn dollars,
You are rich. What an honour!
It doesn’t leave your side.
It walks beside you every minute, every day.
You build homes and shelters to protect you
from storms and wintry days.
But it walks beside you every minute, every day.
When the moment comes
You see your follies; you feel remorse,
guilt and regret.
No time to reverse the time you were given
To change, for you to be forgiven;
Singing mournful dirges,
You sink to endless rest.
Death always walks by your side every minute every day;
Gathers you in its arms, under the cold grave, to forever stay.
Your soul soars to the other side for eternity.
Death dies eternally.

WHERE HUMANITY BREATHES

Jitender Singh

The silent heartbeat of love and compassion~

Among countless faces walking in a crowd,

Each heart holds a silent sky unbowed.

Names and languages may drift apart,

Yet love remains the wealth of the heart.

When a gentle hand lifts one who falls,

True faith speaks without loud calls.

The one who wipes unseen tears away

Writes humanity’s light in a quiet way.

No walls of status, no trade of hate,

Where hearts unite, compassion conquers fate.

When souls connect beyond divide,

A world of tender hope is born inside.

A piece of bread sincerely shared

Turns hunger into a whispered prayer.

The warmth of a genuine, simple smile

Gives a weary soul rest for a while.

Victory is not in standing above,

Nor watching another fall unloved.

The truest triumph the heart can see

Is love blooming where deserts used to be.

Let us promise within today

To never let hatred find its way.

Upon this sacred human land,

May kindness forever take its stand.

When deeds rise higher than titles claimed,

And mercy outshines ambitions framed,

Know the deepest truth gently agrees —

Love lives where humanity breathes.

YOUR PRISONER

( Photo Missing)

Brixhilda Dede

I look for you in my soul. Where the colors of life bloom.

I go inside and go crazy, Forget yourself.

Its absence makes longing howl in heart sighs.

I died and came back again,

Just for you!

I saw,.. you were looking for me endlessly.

The fool is your prisoner! Without her love, there is no moment.

Divine breath, sent from God!

If you want, come like a solar storm.

Poured the bright aurora of polar dawns.

If you want, come like a fire of stars of silvery nights,

Through blue lights, the desire to enter the blood, to caress the stem cells in the straw of the back. You just come!!

MYSELF, FORGIVE ME

( Photo Missing)

Kumria Shala

Myself, forgive me

For hurting you by bringing near thoughtless people

Who toy with your feelings and your purity.

Forgive me

For dragging you through the inferno of worthless beings,

As you try to give meaning to what only seeks to destroy your character.

You endure me every day,

Even when I deserve to be chained down,

So I may come to my senses,

Still, I do not spare you.

Forgive the wounds I open in you,

The silence you carry, heavy with pain,

Your efforts to guide others

Where love and respect are absent.

Myself, forgive me,

For I am killing you with full awareness,

And you owe me nothing in this life.

Please forgive me,

For in trying to help others,

I forget about you,

Myself, my soul of light.

You cannot satisfy the evil-hearted;

They are never pleased.

Myself, forgive me.
